The philosophy at Alchemy is simple, pursue creative freedoms and share the adventure along the way. Alchemy Distillers is an independent distillery started in 2016 by Evan Kipping and Jannick Zester with the vision to explore distillation in all of its forms.

 

 This has seen them make Australia's Champion Vodka, Gold Medal Chamomile Gin and their much anticipated Single Malt Whisky.
